Stopped this morning at JP Bagel Express near the Hoboken PATH station.  I normally avoid this spot, as the bagel’s are only so-so, and rather pricey ($2.50+ with cream cheese).  My appetite, as in most cases, got the best of me.  I went with the standard sausage, egg, and cheese on a poppy roll.  And wouldn’t you know, I got a standard, so-so sandwich, featuring regular patty-style sausage, and un-melted cheese (honestly? It’s not tough to melt it down…).  They used real egg, and the roll was fluffy and had a decent crust.  Though no outstanding flavor, certainly nothing worth repeating.
