Food 101: The Grandma Slice of Pizza Italia
I am unveiling for the first time, a real life, topical post of this blog: Food 101. This section is VITAL to my food exploration, as it’s my vessel to furthering greater culinary knowledge and expertise.

7 Food Hacks to Stay Alert Without Caffeine →
Today I’m FIGHTING fatigue and droopy-eye syndrome really bad, even after my morning coffee. These tips look practical, easy, and sound healthy to follow. Though, I pretty much screwed the pooch by eating a big bacon, egg, and cheese sangwich from Champs (I bring these things on myself). I can still make up for it this afternoon by swapping vending machine snacks with some granola or...

Guh-buh?!
Made a quick stop at my local boozery for a 12 of Stella Artois (the Budweiser of Europe, so this boosts the...

Chefs and bakers in Brooklyn working with each other’s crafts and creating something incredible. Liza de Guia (twitter.com/@SkeeterNYC) of Food Curated visited Get Fresh Table & Market in Park Slope, which griddles french toast you’d never see in mom’s kitchen. Using locally baked SCRATCHbread chai bread and a few aromatic spices, you can almost smell the flavors through...

a first for everything
much of the success of this blog hinder on many factors:
trial and error - yesterday, pete and i took advantage of a buy-one-get-one burrito offer from qdoba. i attempted to film the excursion for the first video for the blog: no one told me what an awful on-camera presence i have. i’m working on that, and as a sign of good faith, i’ll post one of the videos just as a sample.
